New Year’s Resolutions can often seem like an empty promise. And if I am being completely honest with you, I have never been good at following through with the resolutions I set forth. With starting this blog, I am hoping it will hold me accountable to the resolutions that I have come up with and maybe by reading through mine, you will pick up a resolution or two! With that, here are my 8 resolutions for 2021:
- Start doing things for yourself. Stop caring so much about what others think, if you want to do it, do it.
- Live more in the moment. Stop getting caught up in minute details. They won’t matter in the long run.
- Say yes more often. Why not? Say yes.
- Be consistent. Show up for people. Follow through on your word.
- Focus on your health. Seriously. Mind what you eat, workout and prioritize your mental health.
- Put more effort into things you are passionate about. Why waste energy anywhere else?
- Write things down. Don’t assume you’ll remember everything, write it down so you’ll have it forever.
- Prioritize the people who matter most. Acknowledge the people in your life who mean the most to you and Make sure they know it.
