“When I feel fear. I feed trust.”
I recently came across this quote when scrolling through my Pinterest feed and thought that it would be a fitting quote for this month. This month, for me at least, is daunting. It’s the time where I start to have mid terms, I get loaded with homework and time becomes something I no longer have. Sometimes I find myself fearful of what is to come. The exam grades I am going to get back or the amount of work I will have to do. But as this quote says, I feed myself trust. I trust in my preparations, my time management skills, and myself that everything will be alright. Trust is something that doesn’t come easy but being able to trust in yourself is SO important.
This month trust yourself in whatever you are doing. When you are frightened, discouraged or feel fearful, feed yourself trust.
